Trilobite Design is a Cincinnati architecture and development practice. We design high-performance homes and buildings to Passive House standards, and we develop our own projects in neighborhoods that need investment. Every building we touch is designed to use less energy, last longer, and outperform everything around it.

Custom residences designed to Passive House standards. Super-insulated, airtight, all-electric, and built to be comfortable, quiet, and radically efficient for generations.

We built Cincinnati’s first certified Passive House on a former Landbank lot in Mt. Airy. We are developing the Northside EcoVillage. We propose mixed-use and multifamily projects through our work with Mt. Airy CURE. And we continue to design high-performance custom homes for private clients across the Midwest.
