Building your home from scratch.

Residential

One of our favorite types of projects are homes. Tailored and bespoke after listening to your goals and dreams. A custom house can be a once-in-a-lifetime endeavor, and Trilobite Design is happy to walk you through the process. You’re probably here because you want something sustainable. That’s what we specialize in. We’ve been through the process of designing, building, and commissioning Passive House, Pretty-Good-House, LEED, and simply well-designed homes.

Whether you’re investigating a tiny house, a hillside retreat, a new urban dwelling or a dedicated eco-district, let’s chat soon.

MULTI FAMILY

Sustainable apartments, condos, eco districts, flats, or shared living facilities. We love density, urban infill, and complicated sites. All of these things have a whole host of complexities on top of our typical sustainability goals that make them challenging yet rewarding projects.

Trilobite Design’s key value is a steady plan from the beginning combined with coordinated construction drawings that explain the coordination and intent behind the design as well as make it easier to bid, build, and maintain.
